Hospitality & Travel Rotterdam (HTR) is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant team and support our mission of creating unforgettable experiences and fostering connections between people from all walks of life.
Tasks:
- Responding to emails and handling correspondence on behalf of the organization.
- Scheduling internal meetings, coordinating calendars, and sending reminders.
- Data entry and record-keeping: Scan invoices, receipts, and maintain a spreadsheet with attendance per event up to date.
Optional:
- Join in the hosting event roster and assist with organizing and hosting events.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.
