Administrative Assistant

Hospitality & Travel Rotterdam (HTR) is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant team and support our mission of creating unforgettable experiences and fostering connections between people from all walks of life.

Tasks:

  • Responding to emails and handling correspondence on behalf of the organization.
  • Scheduling internal meetings, coordinating calendars, and sending reminders.
  • Data entry and record-keeping: Scan invoices, receipts, and maintain a spreadsheet with attendance per event up to date.

Optional:

  • Join in the hosting event roster and assist with organizing and hosting events.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.
