Volunteer Coordinator

Main Tasks:
– Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to our team of volunteers, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
– Volunteer Policy: Develop, implement, and review volunteer policies to ensure alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
– Training and Development: Develop and organize engaging and educational sessions for volunteers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
– Optimizing Deployment: Strategically deploy volunteers to maximize their impact and contribution to our activities and events.
– Performance Evaluation: Coordinate and evaluate the performance and quality of volunteers in training, activities, and educational programs.
– Reporting: Periodically report to the board on volunteer activities, achievements, and challenges.
– Collaboration with Planners: Work closely with event planners to ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of volunteer event hosts.

Additional Responsibilities:
Event Hosting: If available, participate as an event host and rotate with other volunteers during events, contributing to the success of our gatherings.
